How we evaluate online offers
A transparent checklist for reviewing offers before we write about them.
Good online offers are not only about the headline price. We also look at delivery costs, return windows, availability, service reputation, product fit, and whether claims are easy for readers to verify.
Core checks
- Is the offer easy to understand?
- Are key restrictions visible?
- Can users compare alternatives?
- Are delivery and returns clear?
- Is the merchant or service provider suitable for our audience?
Where commercial relationships exist, they should be disclosed clearly and should not replace editorial judgment.
